How ordering works

An order on the website is a request. After you send it, we call you to confirm the flowers, price, time and delivery method. The contract is concluded once confirmed by phone.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Belarusian rubles (BYN). The final price is confirmed during the call. Payment is made on receipt — at the shop or to the courier, in cash or by bank card. No payments are taken on the website.

Delivery

Pickup from the shop is free. Delivery in Novopolotsk is 15 BYN, to Polotsk 20 BYN. The delivery time is agreed when the order is confirmed.

Flower substitutions

Every bouquet is handmade and may differ slightly from the photo. If some flowers are out of stock, our florist will replace them with ones of equal value, keeping the style and colours, after agreeing it with you.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order by calling us before we start making it. If you have any concerns about quality, call us and we'll sort it out.
